Now that we have finalized our new lease, I want to thank you for all of your efforts on CBS Scientific Inc.'s behalf in assisting in identifying and negotiating the lease of our office in San Diego. We are extremely pleased.

Your thorough review of available properties in our price range was an impressive - and fast - start. Walking through the properties we chose to pursue was educational and I valued your insights about each location. Once we chose where we wanted to be, your negotiations successfully captured for us a favorable and competitive cost/sq ft. All of this was excellent. But what really impressed me was the thoroughness with which you reviewed the proposed lease. Thanks to your comprehensive review, we were able to achieve a fast turnaround from the Landlord who took most of your suggestions. In the end, we signed our lease only three months from when we began. The result is that we'll be able to occupy our space on schedule.

Overall you always responded rapidly and provided outstanding customer service. You were prepared and made sure I was too. The result is that we are in the right space for us, at the right price. If we can serve as a reference for you, please don't hesitate to call on us.
