Managing Principal		  

John Galaxidas serves as Managing Principal of Synergy Real Estate Group and specializes in directing the activities of the company.

John's extensive background includes all facets of corporate and commercial real estate acquisition, disposition, leasing, permitting, negotiation of utility, tax and economic development incentives, capital budgeting, merger and acquisitions portfolio management, construction management oversight and developing creative financing and occupany structures on behalf of corporate clients.

His fifteen years of experience representing corporate clients have resulted in a prestigious client list and before starting his own firm, he served in several real estate and advisory capacities with the following:

  • Cushman and Wakefield
  • CB Richard Ellis
  • Ernst & Young Real Estate Advisory Services
  • Appointee of the Governor, State of California, Department of General Services

John graduated with a Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific. He has attended postgraduate courses at University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University. John enthusiastically represents his clients and balances his work ethic with his passion for family, enjoyment of sports / travel and work in the community.

Brent Peterson - Tenant RepBrent Peterson 

Brent received a Bachelors of Arts in Economics for Business Management in 2006 from Occidental College in Los Angeles and started his real estate career at Coldwell Banker Commercial after competing on multiple professional golf tours.

Brent joined Synergy Real Estate Group, Corporate Advisory LLC in 2009 and is enthusiastic about utilizing his experience in leasing and purchasing commercial properties to assist businesses in San Diego.

In his free time, Brent enjoys being with friends, family, staying active, and playing golf. He also works as a substitute teacher at The Bishop's School in La Jolla.
